DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 23 years of age
• 1 year OTR in past 3 years
• Class A CDL
• No DWI/DUI in past 5 years
• Good driving record
• Must meet all DOT requirements

TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

• New DOT inspection
• Clean appearance
• Equipment over 10 years old needs management approval

OWNER-OPERATOR COMPENSATION

• 66–68% based on number of axles of specialized equipment
• 70% Tractor Pulling WLX Flatbed/Step Deck
• 75% Tractor & Trailer
• 78% Tractor & Specialized Trailer
